Issue:

Users report that attempts to log into CentralReach are unsuccessful and the page reloads without advancing.

Fix:

Delete your saved Google Chrome browser cache and cookies.

  1. In the Google Chrome URL bar, copy and paste the following and submit: chrome://settings/clearBrowserData
  2. Check the box to delete "cookies and site data" (make sure that's the only box selected, then select "delete data".
  3. Try logging into CentralReach. If Unsucessful, please send an email to techsupport@westsidect.com.
