New Process: RBT Supervision Reports

Westside has introduced new digital RBT Supervision Reports to help track Direct and Supervision hours within the app. This means that RBTs and BCBAs will no longer need to keep these records manually. The use of this new tool is mandatory, and it will replace all paper supervision sheets, which must be entirely discontinued by October 31st, 2025.

In addition to the view provided in the app, you now have the option to download three different Supervision reports, all as CSV/Google Sheet/Excel files.

Please note: While the in-app view considers both converted and unconverted appointments, the export files only account for converted appointments.

How to access the new reports in 5 simple steps:

1. Enter the date range of the reports needed

2. Select a clinic

3. Select a Therapist

4. Select a report
